Money made from buying real estate is called passive income and is taxed lightly. (Real estate income comes in and then expenses taken out and taxed on the net). Passive Income: income you make WITHOUT YOU working. Real estate is one of the safer places to put your money. It has its up and downs but doesn’t go completely bust like other industries do.
The more the population grows the less land available, this will automatically make the value of real estate more valuable.
